Booking & Service Policy
These few guidelines keep every appointment on time and stress free.

Deposits & Cancellations
- No deposit is required to book an appointment.
- Clients with repeated cancellations may be asked for a non-refundable $20 deposit to secure future appointments. That deposit is not applied toward your service total.

Late Policy
- There is a 10-minute grace period.
- After 10 minutes with no communication, the appointment is marked a "No Call, No Show" and may be canceled.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Kid Services
- Kid services are available for children ages 12 and under only.
